Welcome to Clubius. These terms govern the use of the Clubius App and define your rights and obligations.
§1 Provider
Providers are Burak Hafizoglu and Furkan Bacak, Gerichtstraße 25, 13347 Berlin. By using the app, you accept these terms.
§2 Services
Clubius provides event information. We guarantee NO entry into clubs. The decision lies with the club operator.
§3 Registration
Use requires registration. You are obliged to keep your access data secret.
§4 Costs
Basic app functions are free.
§5 Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations.
§6 Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes will be communicated in the app.
§8 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
